We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or inventory availability.

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

5. Shipping 

Orders are processed within our standard processing times. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Mendoza's Western Wear is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Exchanges & Defective Items

Mendoza's Western Wear does not accept returns or provide refunds for non-defective merchandise.

We gladly offer exchanges on eligibile items within 30 days  of delivery, provided the merchandise is unworn, unwashed in its original condition, and has all original tags attached.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can promptly resolve the issue.

All content on this website, including logos, images, graphics, product descriptions, text, and designs, in the property of Mendoza's Western Wear and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
